About the Site | Dean Katsiris | Brian Salvatore | Derek Olson

"Who doesn't like the fucking Who? That's always there, you know? I thought I wouldn't be that good at making a hip-hop record, 'cause I don't really listen to it, you know? It's not really my thing. But I've grown up listening to guitar-based rock 'n' roll, so I'm better at making those kinds of records."

So - how in the name of Shazeb Andleeb did this site come to exist? (haw haw - how many more plays on song titles can you take!!)

The site went live on September 18th, 2002 with just a title page and the Forum, as an attempt to lighten traffic from the growing AbstractPlain email list. One month later, with over 200 members and 2500 messages posted on the bustling message board (including messages from Frank himself), the skeleton site went live, in the wee hours of October 18th. Membership has exceeded 2100 members by the sites' birthday. Today, it is wildly out of control, over 8000 members and 100,000 posts.

Much of the content was directly absorbed from previous sites to organize everything in one place. Here is a breakdown of who's who, and links to individual bio pages:

All work on the site has been totally volunteer. The site is hosted out of Victoria, BC, Canada. Most fonts are from Divide By Zero.

If you would like to help out and join the 'Friends of Club', click here. We would like to thank everyone for their kind financial contributions - you help us stay afloat!

That's the gist of it, we hope you can make good use of the site. If you have any questions or comments, please send us a note!
